I thought id start writing a food diary so I can see more clearly what im doing right // wrong. Any help with me for this would be great, following extra easy.

Breakfast :
2 handfulls blue berries
1 banana chopped
muller light vanilla
Tea (hexa) 2 sweetners.

Lunch :
Large jacket potato
tuna mayo (1 tbls) - 5syns
fresh salad
1 hi fi light bar (part of hexb)
bottle pepsi max


does this seem okay so far?
Any criticism would be greatly appreciated :)
 
Monday :

Breakfast

2 slices wholemeal toast
2 'fried' eggs
tin of baked beans
pint of no sugar squash
 
Lunch was

Jacket potato, some slices of ham, tuna, extra light mayo, lettuce, and cucumber

Ive been back since March last year, and totally forgot about this attempt at a diary haha!

But im getting slow steady losses and my attempt at food diaries in the past have been non exsistant.

Doing good! Really hard to get back into it after a month off in December but plodding along :)

i get get quite disheartened with these diaries... Some seem to be really busy then in the past I've gone days without anyone replying... Today I started one that's had over 90 views and no comments :-( sometimes feel like I am talking to myself and lose interest!

Glad ad you losses are going well... I'll keep popping back to check how you are doing!

TOTAL FOOD MELTDOWN AND IT'S ONLY 10AM.

All going well until

BANG MACDONALDS BREAKFAST TOO!

Cant believe I self sabotaged myself like that.

I had Bacon and Egg McMuffin, Hash brown and a diet coke.

I also had a tuna panini, some vegetables and home made sw shepherds pie, some rice pudding and a mily hot chocolate.

I got weighed this morning and maintained.

Just giggling to myself.. The Mac d's breakfast is my weakness... Even if I'm not hungry! The stupid thing is I never really enjoy it as much as I think the afterwards regret eating it :-(
