The journey of One Thousand miles

begins with the first step!
Here I am making it :)
I'm 19 and a trainee youth and play worker. My reasons for wanting to loose weight are simply to feel good and look better :) the main ways I'm doing this are healthy eating and exercise - but I do keep slipping into a pack of biscuits or two!!! So I'm just here for the support. I don't want to loose much, about 1st would be fantastic. A couple of dress sizes even better!
