    For people like me :)

Step 1 - Go to local supermarket (e.g Tesco/ASDA) and purchase some frozen casserole veg (big bag about 80p) and some ready to cook brocolli & cauliflower (25-50p). Also pick up some stock cubes and salt if u dont have any. You can also buy yourself a nice/trashy magazine or two.

Note - I am aware this takes effort so perhaps ask/bribe someone to go for you.

Step 2 - Ask someone to stick the kettle on whilst you locate the biggest pan in your kitchen.

Note - You can switch the kettle on yourself if you want. It'll also be handy to look for a lid for the pot

Step 3 - Turn on one of the hobs on your oven, if you dont know how then get someone to show you.

Step 4 - Pour boiled water into pan and place on het up hob.

Step 5 - Sprinkle stock cube(s) into water (the water in the pan) and add some salt.

Step 6 - Add the veg bought from the supermarket and bring to the boil.

Step 7 - Turn the heat down and allow the soup to simmer

Step 8 - Relax! Although you shouldnt leave the cooking unattended you may want to watch Hollyoaks or read one of the magazines

Note - Maybe look at outfits you can buy when you're slimmer

Step 9 - After about half an hour (episode of 'Oaks) test your soup to see if the veg is soft. It may need a wee while longer.

Step 10 - When veg is nice and soft turn hob off and place soup into a blender.

Step 11 - Switch blender on and blend!

Note - Please please make sure the lid of the blender is secure

Step 12 - If the stuff in the blender now looks like soup you can put it in a bowl and eat it

Step 13 - Enjoy! If this is the first time you have made said soup you may want to have a think about what you would add/omit next time

Step 14 - If you have any left over you can put it in a tupperware tub and save it for later

Step 15 - Bask in the pride that you made something for yourself and are well on your way to your five a day
