The Malteaster Bunny...

Auburn

Hello :)

I dont have any NVs for this yet.. does anyone happen to know how many points the Maltesers easter bunnies are?

I think I quite fancy one as a reward for finishing the Choccie Challenge pt I

:D

i want to know too as i loved these last year!

nutritional information per 29g bar.
energy 157kcal
protein 2.0g
carbohydrate 16.5g
fat 9.2g

Which is what they are i think; i don't exactly know the sat fats, but probably be about 4? maybe? so be about 3 / 3.5 points i guess... might as well have normal bag of maltesers tbh! :D

if you do wish to try they are on 2 for £1 in tesco atm :)

Thank you Smirky :D
I'll daydream at work tomorrow and come to a decision... I think I want the novelty bunny though hahaa!

Just had a reply from Mars...

The saturated fat for this product is 17.4g per 100g.

So that makes it 5g per Bunny...

3.5 discover points a bunny.

And... they are bloomin nice too! If you can happily chomp a cute lil bunny haha!

I find them a really, really satisfying choccy treat.... and I actually think 3.5points is quite good! I thought they would be around 5points, so Im pleasantly surprised. Good idea to contact Mars Auburn.

Did you enjoy your Choccy Challenge Bunny Reward? I bet it was delish!!!!!

Oh fabtastic!

Thanks for this info :) would be interesting to start a thread on low point choccy treats -- i found out a flake is only 3 points!!!!

I just read on another thread that the Bunnies are 8syns, although 3.5syns makes me want to :17729:
I'm not entirely sure which is right, I'm a total newbie, but either way they're worth it ;)

Hi hon,

The bunny is 3.5 points on weight watchers discovery, I think that you are referring to slimming world when you say 8 syns?

Ahhhhhhhhhh, my bad =] Thank you though x

The full size Malteaster bunny is 8 syns. 3.5 old Discover points. 4 propoints.

They do packs of 5 individually wrapped mini bunnies, which are 3 syns each.

Hope that helps! I editted my old post to make it clearer. :)

ms brightside- REALLY?! 3 POINTS IN A NORMAL SIZED FLAKE? I have to know. Today I wanted just proper chocolate but didn't want to use too many points up, and was thinking- there must be a chocolate that is low! Creme eggs are 3.5 if I remember correctly, which is what I will usually go for, but I will definitely opt for a flake in the future! Wow.
