the month complete

ive lost 24 lbs in total!a whopping half a stone this week. 4 lbs off the 2 stone mark!i was so proud i went and bought a new outfit!a dress size down!so proud of my self. got a date with a blast from the past on sunday so fingers crossed will notice the difference!!!

You'll have to let us know how you get on with the date. I keep being mithered to go out with a guy but am putting it off so that I will have lost more weight... poor guy will be waiting until Chrsitmas if I have my way!
