Don't weigh yourself mid week or you get depressed later on .
No, not really depressed. I'm used to being a Sunday weigher so this morning I jumped on the scales hoping to see a little more gone from Wednesday, which is my new day since being on xenical and I've put a pound on :0(
I'm not really worried but my weigh in at the docs is on Wednesday and I've got a big BBQ this afternoon so I don't want to go up any more before then
