the new 810 book

postman has just been and my CDC has sent me the 810 book :D
some lovely recipes but some of them have spring onions and peppers in them yet it doesnt say you can have these in the allowable foods. I love peppers and spring onions so if i stick to the recipes in the book i should be ok?

Hi Mandy, well done on your fab weight loss. I'm on 810 at the mo too so thanks for your post about the book, I'm very jealous!!. I love peppers and onions too, so I'll ask my CDC on Monday about the receipe book and allowances. Sorry I couldn't answer your question, but hopefully someone will be able to.

We're awaiting clarification on this one. Until then, I would say enjoy the recipes. Most of the items put in the recipes and not the allowable list are still low calorie and relatively low carb...and since 810 isn't guaranteed ketogenic, it shouldn't be a problem.
