Breakfast - Vanilla muller light yogurt; bottled water

Lunch - Vegetable soup; bottled water

Dinner - Spicy beef (Extra lean mince beef, bacon, garlic, passata, pepper, mushrooms, onion, chilli flakes, pasta, cheese (HEXA); pepsi max

Snack - Hifi bar (HEXB); Walkers Baked crisps - 4.5 syns

TOTAL SYNS - 4.5

Believe me Ive no idea how... new year week i drunk and ate all before me but was busy organising the house and redecorating so maybe that was what made the loss... I'm hoping so anyway and I wont go next week to find that the scales have been inaccurate lol.
