It's time for bed now so I'm setting out my goals below and what i hope to achieve each week

Week 1 12lb
Week 2. 7lb
Week 3. 5lb
Week 4. 4lb

Good luck no. It really works if u stick to it. Some people on here have fantastic losses. Good luck with ur targets too.
