hi, just need to make some kind of correction, I only need to loose 12lbs to get my 3 stone.....and I lost 4lbs last week, but my numbers have gone up. I think you added four lbs on instead of taking them off.....hahahahha..so if you could change my target to 12lbs, i would be grateful. In acutal fact I am going to 4 stone so really it should be 26, but 12 is a good start and I will go from there.
