Bought this today and am already halfway through! Would definitely recommend! Makes me more determined to try and do this properly. im going on holiday in 2 weeks time where I am not catering and we will have some grains but im planning for by September to really go for this

Transferred The Paleo Solution to my Galaxy tab from Kindle as I haven't started reading it yet.Going away for a week so will have time then.Also taking my hard copy of Against All grain and Fermented: A Four Season Approach To Paleo Probiotic to look at so I will be all set for when I come back.
