lots of mushrooms - chopped or sliced
2 rashers bacon, fat removed, chopped
1 whole pepper, chopped,
3 tbsps mixed veg, cooked
3 tbsps cold cooked rice
tsp chilli flakes
1/2 veg stock cube
dash soy sauce
fry mushrooms and peppers in 3 tbs of the veg water with the 1/2 stock cube, when water has evaporated, add bacon and chili flakes and continue to stir as it cooks to prevent sticking, add rice and stir until hot, quickly stir in the dash of soy sauce and eat!
