I went nuts yesterday too. So much for not drinking. Grrrrrr!!!! We got chicken kebabs too. Oh well swimming every day this week and 30ds to try and even it out :) it's the queens weekend after all, it was for her.. Xx
 
My weigh in is this morning im getting nervous its only three weeks to our anniversary holiday only 2 more weigh ins after today. I was hoping to reach target before the hols but i wont i had massive set back a few weeks ago theres now way id loose 8 and half lbs in 3 weeks i was so good all last week i hope it pays off xxx

Morning lovely peeps.

Remember that 1.3 kg I lost last week? Well it's all come flying back home so I'm back at 2.7 kgs (6lbs) over target again.
Must have been all that parying on the naughty step :D

Right - off to blighty now. See you all next week
 
Well done Lou you can see your hard work is paying off!

Well I'm totally on plan today, had a big family walk in some woods near by, walked around 2 miles. Feet ache so not sure I'll workout tonight but I did Jillian's Ripped in 30 last night which was hard work so that's good.

Just made it into the 7s today just 7 stone 13.5 lbs only barely but i will probably be back in the 8s soon after the holidays. Im 8 lbs from target now but after the hols ill be a lot further from target but ill get back on track when i get back... I hope i get back on track xx
 
OH has banned me for weighing or measuring myself for 3 weeks!

My hubby had to hide my scales a whileback i was weighing every morning. Its so hard to wait till group every week i am always wanting to know how im doing during the week xx
 
:) good to know I'm not the only one so, nah he had enough last night when I got back from the 10K and weighed more and no change of inches I know things don't work that fast - I KNOW THAT but when your working so hard at it and nothing is shifting it is a real downer. I also know that all the excercise and eating properly is doing grea things for my health. I know I'm not the ginormous monster I see in my head but still it would be so so great if I could see some evidence of change :)

Well done on hitting the 7's by the way!!

Did u do the 10k in Dublin. I am exercising so much to but a few weeks ago i had been so good and ended up gaining i was discusted i dont know what went wrong that week xx
 
Yup I did was a very good event, my first time doing this one. It's a very different atmosphere to other runs. Next one is in 2 weeks time. Maybe you gained muscle? Trying to relax and forget about the numbers and just keep doing what I'm doing
