The really slow loss team!

I'm the same height as you and my target was 11:7. You can get there chica! Slowly possibly . . . but you can do it. If I can - anyone can.

PS My hubs is the same skinny size as Annya's brother. He's 5' 8" and normally weighs 10 stone dripping wet. I hate him at times. . .

Ah thanks. Same height, same goal - and achieved ... It gives me hope!! Slow was a problem for me at first but now I don't mind so much as long as it keeps going downwards. No gain yet for no reason ( which I had often in the past) so that's a positive!

well done Lou, the pictures on facebook look amazing! we work with Hull loads so would be realy great if we did meet.

Latte well done, keep going and I hope your tiredness gets sorted out for you and you feel chipper soon.

me? I am with Lou (again) struggling to find a constant motivation....i am on plan.....off plan...back on....and so it goes on. I dont have allot to lose but all the same its some i have gained and need to lose. It doesnt help that i Have to teach my pole dancing classes-and i am the heftier one now with my jelly belly LOL

- one steroid = - 2lbs = one totally chuffed Annya. I know it is mostly water the extra dosage has been making me hang on to for months but I so needed this boost that I am going to put that fact squarely to the back of my mind!

This is unheard of so I am off the naughty step to buy drinks all round - doesn't happen often so make the most of it girls :D

Well, I have decided to put nursing on hold whilst the makeup thing is going well. I'm going to do what I planned to do last year and do the media hair n makeup course. It makes sense since I e already started this route now and it's picking up so I'm gonna run with it!! So our paths may not cross felicity unless you fancy a makeover or wine or both ;)

Faced the scales today, I'm 10.5 3/4 which I'm shocked at!!! I was almost 10.7 last week. I have been running about like a loon though haha. I came on yesterday too so hopefully ill be more stable lol. Maybe not ;)

Fanbleedingtastic over the moon for you Annya.

You will be in the 11s.

Not bad Lou. Got in loads of walking yesterday when we went to Swansea - over 4 miles trapsing round the shops - that was Al, not me, I don't 'do' shopping!

Lily went to her usual fortnightly visit to Centre Barks for socialisation, but sadly got pinned down by a randy Husky so she was feeling a tad sorry for herself - not hurt, just scared bless her. Said Husky is total PITA as he is entire but not getting any so he can be rather erm 'forceful' with the ladies
 and very confrontational with some male dogs, especially neutured ones.

Thankfully Colin who runs the session has persuaded the owner to have the dog castrated after months of trying - as he quite rightly says it's just not fair if he's entire but not getting any as it makes him frustrated. Had it not been Lily there could have been trouble, but she is submissive so she just dropped to the floor and squealed! Glad I wasn't there TBH or Husky boy would likely have got a swift kick up the ar$e!!!

How's you weekend shaping up - good one????????

My weekend's not been too bad - wasted trip to the local market yesterday to buy beach towels for our managed apartment. But went to a different market today that's a bit further away and got a bargain. €40 for 8 beach towels!

Food not been too bad - but I've not eaten that much all week really as my stomach still "gripes" on occasions, even though I've stopped going to the loo. Lost 4 lbs at the start of the week but that all seems to have reappeared

Mind you going to be totally reckless tonight! We have friends coming for supper and I'm making Pommes Savoyarde tonight for the first time in 2 years. Known as "disgustin' spuds" in our house as they do disgustin' things to your waistline. They are layers of sliced potato, finely chopped onions and finely chopped mushrooms - which is all actually quite healthy. Until you add the 1/2 pint of cream, slap grated cheese on top and cook very slowly in the oven for 90 minutes.

I am so looking forward to them. I just hope I still enjoy them after all this time of low fat food!
And hope the bad stomach doesn't interfere with said enjoyment!

hello - just wondering if you have got room for a little one (well maybe not so little lol), i really want to try and loose weight as slowly as possible to ensure that i actually keep it off this time. I have a goal date of early november, by which time i want to have lost 2 stone, which i think is totally doable. I am going to be doing the extra easy plan from home, with the help of my books, and this forum.
