The really slow loss team!

Forgot to post last week so catching up

Lost 0.5lb last Tuesday and 0.5lb yesterday so still 0.5lb over target and still 1lb to lose to get to my pre Christmas weight of 17th December

But I maintaining which does involve some effort but not as much as actually following the plan 100% I think my idea of changing my target to 7lbs lighter is just not realistic at the moment and although my bmi is still just below 26 all the specialists and my gp seems happy.

I will check again tonight when I go and get my latest blood results and hopefully get a repeat of methothrexate depending on the results

Hope everyone else is ok

Well done to both Margaret and Latte.

Completely off track in every respect .. ;-(

I'm sorry about that Linda. Perhaps the time isn't right for you at the moment. I know I tried on and off for ages but I just couldn't get into it until one day everything just clicked into place for me.

Come on over to my place everybody - the party's on me this week. 2.5lbs off! I'm in shock as that's a fantastic loss for me. Just 1.5lb to lose to get back to target proper.

Well done patty..and thanks for kind words Don't know why I self sabotage an stopped again... Many manu times in my 42 years of life though first diet as teenager n sw not till in twenties... My heads messed up as much as my body... No motivation or ability just now... Sad seasonal affective disorder type and unhappy life make for a pathetic soul.. Good luck to you x

Hi peeps.... I have lost 3lbs..... but I don't think I deserve the naughty step though as really I have only lost 2.8lbs over the last 2 weeks (I have the weird gain of 0.2lb last week)....I am very happy with that :D

Just a quick post to say that I won't be weighing in on Sunday as I'm away for a reunion week with a group of friends. There will be all sorts of goodies and I'll have no control over the cooking so I expect the figure a week on Sunday won't be pretty - but I'll have had a lovely time getting it!

(And I know what to do to put it right again!)

Have a brilliant time Patty x

Hope u have a lovely reunion patty n thanks for ur kind words everyone

Well done BCP what a difference 2 yrs can make, you look great.

Hi Margaret... many thanks :D

The hard thing was finding a picture from then ;)

I did actually get my daughter to take a proper before picture when I started my diet.... but by the time I wanted to use it she couldn't find it... but I forgive her .... she is a photographer and takes thousands of photos every month

Lost weight but grew a smile :)

By the way Margaret I was just wondering if you would like to start a diary on here.... most of us have one and they are very motivating xx

I would not be confident enough to do a diary at moment, not sure folk would want to read it lol but will keep it in mind. I tend to keep a notebook at home and write that up everyday with the amount of syns I have used and how I am feeling.
I have just recently decided to stop dyeing my hair and let the silver/gray come through and feel quite excited about it so waiting on the gray coming through and losing weight at same time is keeping me motivated. Quite a change for me as I have been dyeing my hair black since my teens and I turned 50 on 31st December just past so I am going for a complete new me hahahah not saying it will be an improvement but fingers crossed that perhaps by next year or after I shall be completely silver haired and slim.

I think doing a dairy would give you more confidence..... you only have to write what you fell comfortable with.... I'd read it for one xx...... I love silver hair :D

Hi m thinking of rejoining SW and will need to join this team as my weight loss has really slowed on ww hence the switch. I only have another half stone to go but I can't get it off!
