The right diet for me?

    I'd like to loose about a stone - but I'm a really fussy eater.

    I don't particularly like veg - I know, I'm strange but I just can't eat it.

    I also love to snack in the evenings but don't eat much, if anything, during the day.

    Any suggestions?

    I do Slimming World. It's so flexible it suits any taste. I too am a veg dodger and it suits me perfectly and fits around my crazy work schedule too

    i agree slimming world works best for people who dont like veg as on say weight watchers you have to fill your small portions out with veg so your not hungry but on slimming world there is soooo much free food to eat and enjoy that you dont go hungry at all :)

    I have to disagree with you missymoos. Im never hungry on WW and I hate vegetables. Almost never ever eat them. And I dont have small portions on WW either.

    Stephanie, sounds like WW or SW would be ideal for you, it just depends really which one is going to suit you best. Have you tried either before??
