The road to buying standard tights

Hello diary and to all those reading it, welcome.

I'm starting s n s today, I have my box of goodies ready to be unpacked. I've bought some of those plastic drawer things to store them in. (I'm a tad OCD and like to order things)

I have 14 bottles of water (1litre sized) so I can ensure I'm drinking enough. Protein based diets need water or the ammonia levels build up...as a specialist in diabetes told me yesterday. so toilets at the ready cos I'll be trying to drink at least 3 to 4 litres a day.

I've just done my starting weigh in and it's my totm so it's a particularly scary 21.5.4 OUCH !!
I'm aiming for 14.7.0

I go to the gym regularly and hope to continue doing so, recently started the couch to 5k with a friend and I'm hoping the weight loss will improve my running (it's fairly appalling right now, think asthmatic hippo !!)

Well I can think of nothing more to say, out in a mo with my sister and nightshift awaits later so hoping for a snooze this afternoon.

Oh, I'm gonna try 4 packs with no food to start with, the OCD in me likes structure and choices need to be removed ! (yes the men with white coats are probably on their way to me !)
