After starting diets in the past and falling of the wagon numerous of times. I have now decided that it's time to lose the fat.
At the moment my motivation is at an all time time high, just hoping that it lasts. So what are my reasons.............
In September I will ba applying, again to my local universities to study Midwifery. This will be my 3rd year of trying, I am lucky that I get interviews, but I am sure that my weight has something to do with my confidence and overall performance. I also would find it difficult as a midwife telling mums-to-be that they should be eating healthy when I am fat!
In the mean time I am starting a new job, working as a HCA in theaters so will be living in scrubs and at the moment I am worried that I won't fit them.
One last reason is that my husband has booked a surprise holiday to Turkey, for Aug next year.
Hopefully with all these things to look forward to I can stick to it xxx
