You are busy. It's soo hard trying to be good at this time of year. I've got a PR party tomorrow night and I am determined to enjoy one glass of wine and then switch to water. I want so much to see the 9's for Christmas.

Bought most the pressies I'm gonna buy and I will send my cards next week, as I reckon I will be finished all my work for the year on Friday and then I will give myself 3 whole weeks off!

Hang in there, Kel. Just take it steady and drink plenty of water. I'm sure you'll see the 11's for Christmas.

Sorry I haven't been around much. I have been in hiding again :cry:

Realistically, this isn't working for me right now. My last ditch attempt will be New Years Day. I have arranged to see a new CDC in the new year and that will be my final go at CD.

Until then, I will keep popping on to chat but feel free to give my place on the team to someone else as I doubt I will be losing anything over Christmas!

Thanks Hun, Well guess who has got a bloody cold, :mad: I am fed up, I knew yesterday afternoon a cold was looming but I ignored it, I woke up early this morning to my nose dripping like a tap & my head swimming, Ears ringing, sore throat, Been feeling really poorly all day, Just came home from work & got straight in my pjs, On the plus side I have had 4l today coz I have a sore throat cold water soothes it a bit & 3 oats so simple.

I got weighed this morning at 12.2 :rolleyes: I was 12.4 yesterday morning so being poorly is doing me good. Will hopefully get into the 11's by friday..

God I so wish I was your weight, To be in the 9's I COULD NEVER reach that!! Well done.. x

Hey dont beat yaself up hun, being on CD is hard enough never mind near xmas time, when the time is right you will get back on it.
How bout me and you start new year 100% coz to be honest I cant be 100% up to xmas. x

I have had my username changed for a fresh start :) going to do all new tickers and everything!

I am meeting my new CDC on Monday at 12 and I am so excited!!! I literally can't wait for 1st January now!!! x
 
Hi Gem, I hardly recognised you! Thought we had a new member at first lol! Sounds like you have a good plan there. Have a good Christmas and then a fresh start on Jan 1. And don't worry about your team place -- you aren't getting off that easily! It will still be here for you.

Kel, better to get a nasty cold out of the way before Christmas -- that way you are less likely to get one again over the holiday. Stay warm and look after yourself.

I may change my name, how did ya do that?

Well it will be the 4th Jan when I start as I will still be celebrating with friends that weekend..

We can be support for each other a fresh start as my target will be 10st!!! OMG the thought of that.. :rolleyes:

Awww I felt ill the past couple of days! :jelous: Hope it fully passes for the weekend.

Not going to watch Chubby now I have sold my tickets, didnt think I will be feeling up to it..

Anyway the meal from tomorrow is gonna happen tonight now, then out on Saturday night..

So I have to say girls that I am not doing CD on the run up to xmas from now on as I have to many meals & do's etc, Surprising how Xmas & getting together with friends revolves around Food and Drink!! :confused:

My tetras are ok till feb so from 4th Jan Its a new start for me, I will get to my ultimate goal!! :D

I am so happy as i have moved from the 17's into the 14's.

I have decided to move up to the 1000 plan until xmas is over. Will give it a month, see how it goes.

Right, must get off here and get my hair dyed as it is badly needing done and haven't had the time.
Got a boozy night planned for Sat so gonna start the 1000 tomorrow and knock myself out of ketosis as i think i deserve a drinkypoo:D:D:D

How is Everyone? How Cold is it. OMG, frost & ice here this morning.. :rolleyes:

Well I probably wont get on here the weekend as its gonna be a busy one.

Went out for a meal last night for Keiths Dads birthday it was only the 4 of us but tbh I wish I never bothered as it wasnt up to the usual standards, So I have put 3lb on this morning for nowt!! Grrr :mad:

So beginning of the week I was 12.4, then yesterday I weighed in & I was 12.1, think that was due to me having a cold & today I am back up to 12.4!!
Well I suppose I am gonna be up & down for the next few weeks..

I ordered some jumper dresses yesterday from Very, You know I am really liking them at the mo, Its not normally 'ME' wearing dresses but hey ho, Anyone else got a nice dress lately?

I will pop in later in the day see if anyone has been on, I am just wrapping pressies today! Boring. lol..

Well this weekend has few over, Not long now girlies till Santa is here.. :D

Fri & Sat night I was on the drink, starting the xmas celebrations early with vodka, Whoo Hoo..

Will regret it when I weigh myself in the morning, Never mind.
