The slimmer of the month is....

Me.....
I lost 2lbs last night making my total 8.5lbs in 3 weeks.
(well i came second, the person who came first didnt stay to group).
do you get a sticker for slimmer of the month usually as i didnt, just a certificate.

no, but i got the fruit bowl as there were 4 people that could have the fruit this week so she asked if they minded me having the fruit.

Congratulations on Slimmer of the Month, that's a great achivement

I don't think our group bothers with SOTM - I almost always stay to class and it's never been given out. We do SOTW though, I've been lucky enough to get that once! Love having an extra sticky for the front of my book

i've got sotm 5 times (missed out in october by half a lb! boo! lol)

each time i've gotten a certificate and sticker for my book- and a fridge magnet- but my C's not been able to get any- so she owes me two, heehee.

The fruit basket is just for sotw in our group- if the sotw doesnt stay then they still get the certificate etc but there's a draw for the fruit bowl
