Did 9 speed foods, forgot to eat my two superspeeds!! Whoops.

1 lettuce serving

Had hoped to have raspberries but forgot to buy them!!!!!! Oops!
 
Hey, I wouldn't mind giving this challenge a go after WI tomorrow...I love a challenge and as a veggie it seems perfect :) :)

Ok I'm trying to get ahead and update this now as my evenings r fairly full of Christmas card writing and Christmas present wrapping at mo!!!! So excited!!!!

I also weighed in yest and list 1.5lbs which to be honest is not as much as I'd hoped for with such effort put in but still a loss and I think I'll keep my focus up for most of this week too and try to get another loss before Christmas!!
 
Sorry for ignoring this thread for the last few days I have not been well, its just a cold, feeling sorry for myself. I promise to post my speed foods later today.
 
Kaz - I sympathise it's such a disappointment after such hard work focusing on this challenge!! I've run out of fruit but done my best today! Food shop arriving tomorrow and lost of frozen broccoli to keep me going for two weeks! Also found a ton of swede in freezer - literally 2kg lol. So think I'll start mashing swede and replace chips and potatoes for some meals :)

Today:

S - 2 x apples

6/8 speed foods...not bad for a depressing fruit and veg situation today!

No superspeed didn't have room after my lunch (pictured below) and my 2 syn hot dogs! Made up for it in extra superspeed!

Well yesterday was a right off no ss and hardly any sf!!!!! But I did have plenty of wine so maybe count it as grapes??????

Today has been a bit better!!
