Hi.
My name is Jane and today is my third day of Lipotrim. I've done this diet before (about three years ago) but I stupidly didn't do the maintenance, hence why I'm back using it again.
It is one of the most difficult diets to do, but the weight loss is amazing. I lost 10 stones in just 9 months.
As I said, I'm on day 3 and am starting to feel it now. I'm going to keep going with it though because I know by the end of the week I'll start to feel better. Today though I've got a banging headache and am really hungry even though I've drunk my body weight in water!
I can't remember exactly when Ketosis kicks in.
At the moment I'm just drinking the chocolate shakes but I know I'll get bored of them. Does anyone have any other ideas as to what to do with the shakes? I've tried making them into a mousse but that didn't really work for me.
I don't like the flapjacks. What's the chicken soup like?
Let me know how you're getting on with your journey.
