The start of my new journey

Hi, my names Laura and I have been a SW member on and off for the last 8 years. I have lost over 2 stone each time but always managed to slip back into old habits.

I have just got back from a lovely 7 day holiday in Bulgaria and I felt so ashamed. I've weighed myself and I'm currently 13st2lb. I'm 5ft6 so this is far too big. Ideally I'd like to weigh 10.5-11stone and I know I can do it as I've done it before. The problem is, I lack imagination when it comes to breakfast, lunches and snacks. Evening meals are fine as I use SW recipe books but I'm really struggling in other areas.

I would be really grateful for any ideas on quick, filling breakfast and tasty lunch ideas. I try to snack on fruit throughout the day but sometimes i really need a helping hand with chocolate cravings...???
