. go gym usually 3 times a week. at the gym i do 20-30 mins cardio, mainly rower and cross trainer. 20mins on resistance machines and around 10mins free weights. i use 2 be a gym instructor so love working out. i feel very toned now.
i can do 20 minutes on treadmill and would do about 2.4km in that time roughly , how much does someone do on treadmill in that time usually??? i can do 15 on rower a few weight machines but i can not do cross trainer at all... not even 5 mins haha my friend can go on it for half hour and not even break a sweat haha
