So today started really well and I did somethings I've been putting off for ages, then I slumped a bit, but the thing is I would still have crap days whether I was eating my favourite food, healthy food or no food!

And I would rather have crap days as a thin woman than an obese one.

    I will keep going!

    Weigh in tomorrow!!:D

Porgeous, love your skinny jeans and t-shirt pic!

Liberty, you are doing really well and have a wonderfully positive approach. I'm really looking forward to hearing how well you do tomorrow at WI. Good luck babe.

    Good Luck Kilobel!

I'm going to get up and go in early, so I don't sit around thinking about it.

Thanks everyone, I don't think I could do it without you :D

Hit the wall a bit myself today, had a real crap one. Not sure if its the bad night sleep last night or being back at work with all the cakes being offered around, and everyone eating their lunch or going out to the pub for a pint and a meal etc when I just say no and go mix my shake at lunchtime. All in all I am finding it REALLY tough this week, happy that I know I definitely look better, and getting loads of positive comments, but still finding it hard this week. Have given in to a few nibbles, which I feel bad about, but more so as its a bit of a snow ball effect, one little nibble leads to another, leads to another and leads to thinking one little meal will be OK. Havent had a meal, but finding it difficult to get motivated enough to get back on the wagon.

I know if I buck my ideas up I should only be 3-4 weeks off my goal. I know what I should do, I know its going to be good for me, but feeling a bit down doesnt give you the incentive or strength to do it!! Its tough, but going to try harder tomorrow.
