Just a quick post to let any lovers of philly know that this cookbook just arrived and it's got loads of really lovely sounding (and looking) recipes! They use a variety of different flavoured philadelphia cheese but they could pretty much all be made with the extra light for the syn-conscious amongst us. I think I'd go as far as to say that a lot of the recipes look nicer than some of the ones in the SW recipe books
