Hi everyone

So I have finally decided to do a diary as I think it will give me the much needed kick up the rear end that I need. I have 1 month to get into the 10's. The last time I was weighed (approx 2 weeks ago) I was weighing in at 11st7.5lbs. My aim was to get to 10 stones by August (30th birthday) but I will be happy with being in the 10's by then to be honest. I get weighed every Thursday morning in class so I will update this when I can. I will be mixing my days with extra easy and green days. I usually do green days with EE on the weekend but I am going to switch it up a little. I will also be starting the 30 day shred too :eek: and I am determined to finish the whole DVD.

My start weight was 13st on 22/3/13 and I am currently 11st7.5lbs.

Alrighty so here's what I had today.

Green day

Breakfast - 1 slice of bread (Hex-B) with cheese (Hex - A) and baked beans with tea

Dinner - Homemade spicy mushroom and cheese (Hex - A) risotto with 70g of chicken (Hex - B) with salad

Dessert - Easiyo skimmers yogurt with banana, melon, mango and grapes and Easiyo berry fruit squirt (½ syn)

Syns - 400ml of Blue diamond unsweetened Almond milk - 2 syns

Easiyo berry fruit squirt 1tps - ½ syns

Curly wurly - 6 syns

day 1 (level 1) of the 30 day shred done. It wasn't as bad as I imagined :D
