Oh gaaahd I drank a lot of vodka soda last night and then had a 'gutbuster' fry up at 3 in the morning on the way home. I'm pretty sure there was fried bread involved. And a lot of high syn sausages... and a burger! I feel AWFUL today (and it's not the hangover! ) and have been snacking on bloody chocolate all morning. How do you forgive yourself afterwards?! I did a VLCD for about 6 months and previously struggled with bulimia, I'm loving SW and I'm I'm my third week at the moment - probably why I feel so bad I can't believe I fell off the wagon so hard. Rant over! Hah I feel better already just writing it down!
