There was a 12 on my scales........

Well, only just. 12stone 13.8lbs. But I am over the moon, and just had to share.

To anyone who is struggling, just stick with it. The diet does the work - we just need to follow the rules. I know it is not always as easy as that, but we need to grit our teeth and keep going. The results will show thenselves in the end.

Well done Christine. I am feeling like you this morning. I have had two bad weeks (mostly good but scales not moving) but moved under 12 stone this morning. Haven't been here since my eldest was born 11 years ago. Yipee!

I didnt think anyone would respond. I just needed to shout it out!!!

I cant help weighing every day - I need to have the thought of a lower number in the morning to get me through the eveving sometimes. But it does bite me in the bum as well. I was the same today as I was yesterday. But, I didnt drink enough water on saturday, and made up for it yesterday. I reckon I weighed less on Sunday cos I had less water, then topped myself up again yesterday. And I am sticking with that theory!! As long as the scales dont go up (more than half a lb or so - toliet situations allowed for!), I dont panic. If I stick with the diet, the weight can only come off.
