    Right, after my disastrous first 2 weeks, I have decided to keep a food diary on here. This is for my benefit so I can see if there are any trigger foods/times when I eat when I'm not hungry etc etc, so please feel free to read!

    Friday - Red day

    Breakfast
    Bran flakes and milk 9am :sigh:
    Banana

    Dinner
    Chicken drumsticks 1pm - full-ish so only ate half
    "Quiche" made with free veg, egg, cottage cheese

    Tea
    Chicken salad sandwich

    Free food Snacks
    Satsumas x 2 11.30am - Hungry!!

    Syns
    Vodka and slimline tonic - not sure how many of these yet but will syn them accordingly :rolleyes: OMG I don't know how many of these I had - flexi sins me thinks - oops.

    I am going to edit this thread later to show what time I ate certain things and what mood I was in.

    Saturday - Green day

    Breakfast
    Fruit and yogurt

    Dinner
    SW chips
    "Quiche" (think I am addicted to this :D)

    Tea
    More quiche
    Sweetcorn
    Cous cous cake

    Snacks
    Champagne
    White wine

    Flexi sins again today, was celebrating a new job for my friend - oops!

    Sunday - Red day

    Breakfast
    Fruit and Yogurt

    Dinner
    Veg soup
    Bread
    Leg of lamb with veg
    Cheese and crackers and grapes

    Snacks
    Half a bottle of cava
    Half of lager

    I have realised by writing this all down that I drink a lot at the weekend. I won't be having any syns for the rest of the week and hope that this is cancelled out.

    Right - Monday is here and I am trying to get focused, here is my food diary for today:

    Red day

    Breakfast
    Bran flakes - HEX B
    milk - HEX A
    banana

    Dinner
    Free quiche
    W/M bread - HEX B
    LC Extra light - half HEX A

    Tea
    Stew made with beef and free veg

    Snacks
    Satsumas
    3 rashers of bacon with 2 eggs scrambled
    Portion of cous cous cake (it was winking at me!) with vlf nat yog - not sure how many syns on a red day.
