Right, after my disastrous first 2 weeks, I have decided to keep a food diary on here. This is for my benefit so I can see if there are any trigger foods/times when I eat when I'm not hungry etc etc, so please feel free to read!
Friday - Red day
Breakfast
Bran flakes and milk 9am :sigh:
Banana
Dinner
Chicken drumsticks 1pm - full-ish so only ate half
"Quiche" made with free veg, egg, cottage cheese
Tea
Chicken salad sandwich
Free food Snacks
Satsumas x 2 11.30am - Hungry!!
Syns
Vodka and slimline tonic - not sure how many of these yet but will syn them accordingly
OMG I don't know how many of these I had - flexi sins me thinks - oops.
I am going to edit this thread later to show what time I ate certain things and what mood I was in.
