Hi after diet hoping for a few months i have decided to come back to slimming world and give it a proper shot!

i recently lost 4lbs over 2 weeks by doing just green days and then switched to the atkins for 2 weeks before my holiday loosing a further 10 lbs......... which having had a 2 week all inclusive holiday have re gained the lot.....but im not loosing sleep over it - however having seen a few bikini shots have decided to do something more long term and sustainable and afetr seeing all your inspirational posts and successes ive decided to join you!!

please feel free to comment on any of my meals etc

today
B: 2x egg scrambled with baked beans

Snack: fresh pinapple chunks

Lunch: stir fry veg, (very thin) fresh rice noodles 1/4 bag 5 syns (estimate, please correct if wrong) chicken chunks

snack: banana & custard muller light 2x babybel Hea

Dinner: jacket potato, beans, salad - possibly some ham/other meat depending on whats in the fridge!

snack: toast maybe to use He b

exercise: hockey match (first in months!!)
