Things to occupy your mind.....

    VLCD(to start)CD 2/5/11
    Hi guys!
    As you may or may not know im on a low calorie diet at the moment and am starting CD in 13 days time(counting down the days now!!!)
    I work Monday to Friday and generally spend half of my weekday evenings with my OH and the other half on my own at my house and then the weekends with my OH again.
    Now I know the hardest part will be mainly evenings and weekends.Weekends I think will be the worst. Any ideas or good tips to occupy yourself/mind to not think about food or wine!!??

    Honestly - there is so much...having a bath and really pamerping yourself is a nice way.

    In the last few weeks I have given myself manicures, pedicures, painted all my nails (different colours) kept my eyebrows plucked, made sure i stick to a rigid face cream routine, use a body brush and firming lotions and it takes up all my time (when I am not busy).

    I have also been for walks round the park opposite me.

    Taken my car to the car wash.

    However this week I am busy organising Miss Reading, Oxford, Loughborough, Maidstone, Eastbourne, Portsmouth and Southampton. ARGH! Too busy to even think about food!
