Hi there,

I know no added sugar squash is free on slimming world, but I was wondering if anybody could tell me whether high juice is?

The one I've been drinking is the No added sugar apple, pomegranate, and raspberry high juice from tesco. Have a horrible feeling it might need to be synned

i have no idea on that one - i could look it up on the slimming world website for you and let u know - be about 10 mins x have ad a look and its only 1 syn per 75ml serving undiluted obviously water is free so drink away hehe
