Think i'm either going to STS or gain tomorrow!

This week is star week for me (typical - on my second weigh-in :rolleyes: ), and yesterday i had a migraine, which always makes me want to eat more.

I didn't go mad though, stuck to my syns (well, kind of... i had 15.5 so went 0.5 over), but ate quite a lot of free food. I also had a EE day when i'd planned to have it red, and when i do EE i always feel like i'm eating too much.

Anyway, i went on my wii fit this morning and it's telling me i've put on 3lb since yesterday :eek: :wave_cry:

Even though i know it's probably not real weight and mostly down to food volume, fluid retention and TOTM, that isn't going to help me at weigh-in tomorrow :(

I know i'm either going to STS or gain, and let's face it, on my second weigh-in that doesn't look very good does it :rolleyes:

What can i do to shift the weight before tomorrow? Weigh-in's at 10am so i've got less than 24hrs :eek:

I'm having a red day today - had 3 boiled eggs on 2 ww toast for brunch and for dinner i'm having lean steak on a bed of spinach. Will try and stick to around 6 or 7 syns too.

I'm drinking lots of water today, and i'm snacking on plums and strawberries....

Any other tips? :D

Maybe some extra exercise on the Wii fit Beki, but you seem to have it all covered really.

Don't worry if you gain as it is a 'star' week and you will find that your body will adjust and you will have a good loss next week, good luck with your WI, and don't be too disappointed if you have a gain. I shall be thinking of you tomorrow..X

Thank you :) I've done 40 mins on the wii fit already, aerobic excercises, and will probably do another 20 mins later...

I can't think of anything else. I know you're right though, and hopefully i'll have a better week next week :)
