Im on 790 and have been since I started last year, I think its a great plan and the losses are still good too, STBG is doing great on it too, she has lost loads.

I went on to 790 in week 6 and found it suited me much better than SS. Having that meal to look forward to at the end of the day is great and it most definitely does fill you up.
