Spring Challenge!
I have been stabilising using the principals of low carb for the past couple of days. I have, ideally, two and a half stone to loose.

Would starting Induction result in any form of big loss for me?
 
And it's a form of detox - gets rid of your body's dependency on carbs. Give it a shot, you've got nothing to lose :)
