I have been stabilising using the principals of low carb for the past couple of days. I have, ideally, two and a half stone to loose.

Would starting Induction result in any form of big loss for me?

Well, if nothing else, it is the healthy way of losing weight. Everyone is different so we all have different losses. It is so easy to follow too. Lots of yummy food and your weight still goes down. :D

And it's a form of detox - gets rid of your body's dependency on carbs. Give it a shot, you've got nothing to lose :)
