I there lost a lot of weight on slimming clubs but wanted to do vlcd but not sure weather to do LT or CD xxx

I have heard LT isn't very nice, I'd alwys do cambridge as more range of products and taste nice, but cost is big factor for some people. But i'd rather pay a lil bit more for a better maintance programme which cd has
