Hi I have been going to SW group for the past couple of months now & have lost weight although slower than I would of liked so for the past couple of weeks have been doing calorie counting & in two weeks have lost 4.5 lbs . I am enjoying calorie counting more to be honest as I find it more flexable. I do eat healthly and save some calories for treats but not every day . I'm not sure if I should do it from home now as I'm only paying to get weighed in . My only fear is that if I'm weighing myself at home will it be easier to cheat as I wont have someone else to weigh me in . I am one of those people who feel the shame if I gain weight I know that I shouldn't but that's how I feel . Thanks
