Thinking of joining looking for advice

Ive been doing WW for about 6 month and although easy to follow, WAY to easy to just slide out of.
Last time i went to slimming world was about 5 years ago, i didnt really get into it and only stayed 3 week.
13st now, wanting to be down to 10 really. :sigh:
Can anyone tell me what the basic crack really?
No idea what extra easy day n days r at all

so like a basic red day/green day meal plan what cant i have etc...

there's loads of threads that explain the basics of the plan and the best way to see examples of the different days is to look at some diaries xx
