    Im thinking I might give Judd a try in the NY - Im currently doing SW and not doing so well on it - I just cant stick to it and I think its because it is too flexible, I think I need a little more structure to keep me motivated but without depriving myself too much.

    So what is you advice to a newbie starting JUDD

    I'm changin my lifestyle not dieting using CS
    I am not doing JUDDD till new year as cant keep to it at the mo to hectic. But I have done it for a few weeks and find it easy to keep to, the DD are hard but knowing that and UD follows does make it easier.

    For me knowing that the UD is just around the corner helps, but I find that the things I crave on the DD I dont want on the UD so its all in the mind.

    Give it a go, what do have to lose except some weight lol.

    Honestly is easy and enjoyable :D:D
