well ive been following sw since april and half lost 1 stone which is great but im really finding it hard keeping up with the weekly payments when i havent lost ANY weight in the past 7 weeks, just going up and down. i jsut feel like i can do this alone and its not going to put as much pressure on me as im under at the moment because i ahve alot going on socially and i just cant stick to the plan 100% so bascailly im maintaining. maybe im just meant to be this weight and to get lower would take some serious amounts of exercise which i dont have the time nor the energy to do. well... what does everyone else think. im not saying i want to stop being on the plan, im going to continue eating healty but i might just stop going to classes?
