I was due to start this week but am starting on Monday now instead.
It does sound good & certainly can't hurt to try.
If you've done Lighter Life I think you'll manage just fine on the down days.

Thank you haev you done the diet before?? yes i will be fine on the DD's i reckon, good luck for Monday i will look out for you chick x

im planning to have a crack at JUDDD once ive got some low cal foods in for down days and can give it 100%, i tried to start a few days ago, and my first down day went well, but i just couldnt seem to stay on track.

i did JUDDD once before back in april/may i think, and did lose some weight but i was also exercising a lot so im not sure how much loss was down to exercise and how much was down to JUDDD. the diets not too bad once you get into ur own rhythm with it, its just getting started that can be a bit tricky!

if ur not used to vlcd - like me - then u might struggle a bit, but as u said u should be ok :)
