thinking of starting tomorrow!

i am thinking of giving slimfast a go tomorrow. i was going to try cambridge again but know how difficult and restrictive it is. I need to be able to socialise and know i can with slimfast.

Anyone got any tips for me and can you tell me how much you have lost in how long, I need to loose in total about 6 stone but obviously will start to feel the benefits after 2 stone!

I am wanting to take regular exercise so I need the food and can't manage on shakes alone, i made myself quite bad before on cambridge and don't want to have to go there again.

Any replues will be appreciated!

I have not done Slim Fast so I am not sure about the weight loss but just looking at some of the threads in this forum some have pretty impressive results when you consider you can eat as well.

Yes I've always found slimfast reasonably easy to stick with, as it's not that restrictive like other plans. There are lots of things you can eat, I don't think I could go on a liquid only diet, hats off to those that do. Weight loss is usally quite steady for most people if you stick with the plan. You can expect a good loss in your first week, then usually about 1-2lbs there after, although some people lose more than that. After all we're all different. I used slimfast a couple of years ago and lost 3 1/2 stone then, on it again as put two back on and need to get down to my goal weight this time.
