I have a couple of questions:

Do you have to be overweight to do atkins?
    Are yogurts allowed?
Has anyone tried Dukan and found it hasnt worked whereas Atkins has?
What can weight loss in 14 weeks be?
Are there any cerals that can be eaten?

    THanks in advance.

Am confuse. If you not over weight why do any diet?
No yog not allowed in induction( see above thread)
Dukan- Can't be bothered seems too restrictive. He copied low fat version of Atkins, from what I can make out.
14 week weight loss can be different for many people. If you not much to lose then very slow. if a lot of weight to come off then I guess it could be about 2 stones.
Def NO cereals. This is a very low carb diet. Less than 20g per day. look on your cereal packet and work it out.
Hope you join us and good luck x
