thinking ofswapping from cd to atkins ???

    Please can anyone help me I am getting balded of of this no eating lark and have only got about a stone to go, does anyone know how I would be affected by swapping over to Atkins (would i initially gain wait ) any advise would be appreciated , many thanks:confused:

    When i "slip" I always stay Atkins. I haven't put on weight since i started but i think it may have slowed me down a bit. Not science, just my experience.
