    Hi all,

I have been thinking about starting the cambridge diet for a while now and just keep wondering if it is for me.

My main question is about the cost. How expensive is it??? As i am a student and cannot afford it if it is really expensive, but it seems like the right diet for me so i hpe its not too bad.

Any advice and tips would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks so much

It varies between counsellers, but mine is about £35 - £40 for a week. Remember you won't be buying takeaways or any "normal" food as well.

    Hi Sam

As Sarah said it varies a little but around £35 - £40 per week, usually if you offset this against the cost of food that you won't be buying it doesn't work out too expensive. Why not make an appointment to see a local counsellor and you can talk it through, if cost is an issue you could always try one of the higher plans that include some food and fewer packs which would bring the cost down.
