drink as much water as you can they recommend you drink 2 litres a day

when you drink the water after having a shake it expands the fibre so makes you feel full up. it is good so keep drinking ;)

What is everyone drinking? I'm drinking diluting juice (I know I probably shouldn't) 'cause I can't stick just water ; but I'm craving a can of coke!

have a diet coke dont deny yourself otherwise you will feel like your punishing yourself

That's my problem, I really don't like diet! Has to be full fat coke or irn bru! I'll maybe have a wee glass with my Sunday dinner and that'll do me!
