this diet is a PITA!

i would suggest when you stop seeing a loss - shake it up a bit with your food!
 
Generally after 3-4 weeks. U shake it up with 3 small meals a day and no slim fast. U may gain a little but it will go away after u do slim fast again. U have to trick ur body. But no junk food and fast food it has to still b healthy. Like fruit for b fast and a salad for lunch and I do 500 calories dinner for 2-5 days

and by the way - do you drink anything but water? I mean, can I drink diet coke?...
